Saying goodbye to four long and beautiful years in Soho. I’m liking uptown so far. I mean, it’s quarantine uptown, but still. Central Park South is really, really beautiful. I am grateful for new beginnings, always on the island of Manhattan.

Finding my power these days through movement. There are these few seconds, where I feel all too conscious, and I pray to let go. To let God, the music, take me. He has never failed in his supply and abundance. These times may be depressing, but at least I can release myself into the present moment, feel gratitude for health. I pray you feel the same, find something that sets your soul on fire, and let go into it. Let God, the present moment, take you and hold you like a child.
