resigned to a life in art

as an artist, i have resigned to my fate. my teeth are clenched, but my heart is open. fall back to a life story of feeling and breathing. escaping nothing, but experiencing everything. i’m not always sitting inside my creativity, but that’s for the best. sometimes we get off the ride, and offer love to the ones who help us stand. we burn our house down, just to build it up again. wasn’t born to sit down and listen, i’ve been awake my whole life, and i’ll see to it you are too.

If you could just see the world the way i do, because sometimes infinity fits into an hour, and the entire color spectrum into one shade. there are no limits to the beauty my gentleness allows me to see, i am fragile beyond belief, but that fragility gives me strength. strength to see and create beauty where others may not find it.

dark angel going through hell. going to war with herself and coming out on the sweeter side. working for a second chance, a more honest way of being. there’s nothing like being honest with yourself, it requires no words and emanates all shine.

the love you give yourself could drain oceans, it is entirety consuming and empties the sea. you are everything you need to be.
