Bret Easton Elis said that sometimes you fall into this conflict, where you look at life as a performance. We're one actor with our friends, another with our lovers.

People make of you what they want to. An entire audience builds up a notion of who you are whether its true or not.

Sometimes life is violent and pulpy, like the manson murders on fast forward. I like to lay in bed naked after a long day of shooting and just listen to cafe tacuba.
